PALS for Life at UVAC is a FREE 16-week program for individuals affected by breast cancer, running May 5 – August 20. Based on the Physical Activity and Lymphedema (PAL) Study, the program uses research-backed exercise to help reduce the risk of lymphedema while improving strength, health, and quality of life. Participants receive a free UVAC membership during the program, expert-led sessions twice per week, access to land and aquatic fitness classes, and educational seminars on lymphedema and nutrition through Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. The Wallflowers will mark the 30th anniversary of their landmark album Bringing Down the Horse with a nationwide U.S. tour kicking off April 17, 2026. The band will perform their classic album in its entirety, in sequence.
Originally released on May 21, 1996, Bringing Down the Horse was a critical and commercial triumph. The album peaked at number four on the Billboard 200 and was certified quadruple platinum, cementing the band’s place in ‘90s rock history.

Morrisville Live is a free, family-friendly summer music series held Wednesday evenings at Oxbow Park in Morrisville, Vermont—just minutes from Stowe. From July 8 through August 19, 2026 (5:30–7:30 PM), enjoy live performances from regional bands in a scenic riverside setting in the heart of the Lamoille Valley.
Each week features local food vendors, crafts, and activities for all ages, creating a lively community atmosphere for both residents and visitors. Located near the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail, it’s an easy stop while exploring the region. Bring a chair or blanket, grab a bite, and relax with great music. Join us for an 8-class series taught by Technology for Tomorrow! Designed to help adult learners build advanced workplace-ready technology skills, BTC's Tier 2 Digital Literacy course is intended for learners who already have basic computer experience and are ready to strengthen their confidence using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, cloud-based tools, and cross-platform navigation. Each 1.5-hour session provides hands-on, practical instruction using Google Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Slides, with clear connections to how these skills transfer to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Looking for a fun and educational activity for your littlest sailor? Join us on Fridays at 10:30 for Lake Champlain Maritime Museum’s weekly storytime!
Families with young children (recommended age 5 and younger) are invited to gather with a Museum educator in our historic summer camp building, the Roost, as we read some of our favorite stories about Lake Champlain and summer adventures on the water out loud for all to enjoy. Stories will be read as a group and there will also be coloring pages and crafts available afterwards.
Storytime meets every Friday from May 29–October 16. This program is free to attend with no registration required.

In the last few years alone, the Africa-born artist has amassed a host of accolades proving her immense cultural impact, including winning the 2023 Polar Music Prize, landing on Time’s illustrious 100 Most Influential People list, and taking home a Grammy for Best Global Music Album for 2021’s Mother Nature (a feat that earned her Guinness World Record for most Global Music Album awards won at the Grammys, with five prizes to date).

History lies in the depths of Lake Champlain, waiting to share its secrets and stories. In 2026, we’re opening up our vaults and taking a DEEP DIVE into the past with Museum experts, archaeologists, historians, and educators in our free evening conversation series!
Join us every other Wednesday from June through October for a free “Deep Dives” talk. Each evening will include an expert presentation and time for questions and conversation at the end.
Deep Dives is free to attend with registration. A complimentary drink from Shacksbury cider is included with your free registration.
