Board of Directors

Vermont Public's Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of Vermont Public as a nonprofit corporation. It also holds the FCC broadcast licenses for our broadcast television and radio stations. Board members are selected for their commitment to the mission and goals of Vermont Public, and for their expertise in various fields. The individual directors serve as volunteers, and they meet regularly throughout the year.

Whistleblower policy

Vermont Public's Whistleblower Policy identifies its Designated Compliance Officer as the chairperson of the Finance, Investment and Audit Committee. The current chairperson of this committee is Michael Seaver, who may be contacted via email at whistleblower@vermontpublic.org.
