Health Exchange Woes Continue Unabated

Fifteen-thousand Vermonters who are enrolled in the state's Health Care Exchange, Vermont Health Connect, can't change any of their information at the website. That was one of the frustrations that lawmakers wanted answers to last week, when representatives of Governor Peter Shumlin's administration gave them an overview of attempts to fix the web portal.  We learn more in an interview with Lawrence Miller, head of health care reform for the Shumlin Administration. Also on the program, Vermont Health Advocate Trinka Kerr, with Vermont Legal Aid.
