Mike Heron & Robin Williamson - The Incredible String Band

The Incredible String Band, South American divas, some interesting concerts in our area, and a sampling of some of the musicians who will be performing in late April at the Shetland Islands Folk Festival, our next tour destination!

This program will air on Sunday, January 24th from 7 - 10 p.m.

This week's calendar announcements:

Greensky Bluegrass will be playing at Higher Ground in South Burlington on Thursday January 28th…doors at 7:30, show at 8 p.m.

Responsible Growth Hinesburg presents Local Legends, an Evening of Vermont Music at the 
CVU Auditorium in Hinesburg on Friday, January 29th at 7:00pm.  Featured musicians include Patti Casey, the Left Eye Jump Blues Band, and Pete’s Posse.

Ian Ethan Case will be performing at Brandon Music on Saturday January 30th with special guest Bertram Lehman.  Music begins at 7:30 p.m.

There will be an Evening of Original Vermont Folk Music with Vermont musicians Phil HenryGary Moon, Richard Ruane, and Beth Duquette on Saturday, January 30th at 7:30pm in the West Rutland Town Hall.

The Aerolites will be performing at Jay Peak apres ski from 4 – 7 p.m. on Saturday January 30th 

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
