Senator Leahy is working on a plan to curtail NSA monitoring of phone calls and emails.

Senator Patrick Leahy is working with Wisconsin Republican Representative James Sensenbrenner on a plan to make it harder for the government to monitor the phone calls and emails of Americans.

We talk with Senator Leahy about that as well as normalizing relations with Cuba and the latest revelation that the CIA is using drones.
