Include details like what service you're trying to stream (TV, News, Classical, BBC), the nature of the problem (stream disconnecting or not playing, poor audio or video quality), how you are accessing the stream (device, operating system, app or web browser, cellular or Wi-Fi), and any additional details you might think relevant.
