Earlier this week, Rep. Peter Welch was part of special Congressional Oversight committee trip to the Middle East.
On that trip, he visited Libya and Egypt. He spoke with Vermont Edition about the purpose of that trip, and President Obama’s plan to make some changes to his health care law.
