Vermont is getting a new commissioner of mental health. Paul Dupre will be the fourth commissioner of mental health since the Shumlin administration took office in 2011. Dupre spoke with Vermont Edition about why he wanted to take on the role as Vermont's mental health system is in the midst of massive change.
