The Opera Company of Middlebury will give 5 fully-staged performances of Rossini's The Italian Girl in Algiers from May 30 through June 7.  Artistic Director Douglas Anderson, Music Director Emmanuel Plasson and members of the cast visit Walter Parker in the VPR Performance Studio for a live preview.

After graduate studies in musicology at New York University, Walter began his radio career at WNCN in New York. He joined Vermont Public in 1984.
