A wealth of demos and new releases, many upcoming concerts, and a taste of classic Vermont bluegrass!

This program will air on Sunday February 25th from 7-10 p.m.

This week's calendar announcements:

The Palmer Street Coffeehouse in Plattsburgh presents Nashville band Runaway Home on Friday March 2nd at 7:30 p.m.

The Deborah Rawson Memorial Library in Jericho presents the Phineas Gage Project on Sunday March 4th at 2 p.m.

Patti Casey & the Wicked Fine Players  will be playing at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center on Stowe on Saturday, March 3 at 7:30 p.m.

The Monadnock Folklore Society presents the Peterborough, NH First Saturday Contra Dance on March 3rd, featuring Dave Eisenstadter calling with Alden Robinson, Glen Loper and Dan Faiella providing the music. The dancing begins at 8:00 PM. The dance also hosts a free jam session for beginning and intermediate musicians at 6:30 PM and a workshop for new dancers at 7:30 p.m. and takes place at the historic Peterborough Town House.

Sara Grey and Kieron Means will be playing at the Landmark Schoolhouse in Lower Cabot on Sunday, March 4th at 4 p.m. Doors open at 3:30

Paul Asbell will be playing at the Music Box in Craftsbury on Saturday March 3rd at 7:30 p.m.

alt-folk guitar guru Keller Williams will be at Higher Ground in South Burlington on Saturday March 3rd.

The Ripton Community Coffeehouse presents Quebecois musicians Pascal Gemme and Yann Falquet on Saturday March 3rd.

The Vermont bluegrass band Northern Flyer will be performing in St. Albans in the Bliss Room of the St.  Albans Museum on Friday March 2nd at 7:30 p.m.

Old Songs in Voorheesville, NY presents their monthly Community Barn Dance on Saturday March 3rd with music by the Frankophiles and with Paul Rosenberg calling.

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
