Art Hounds: Gubbulidis, Moonlight And Dickens

This weekend is bound to be a busy one but take a moment or two and bring out-of-town guests and friends to see some great exhibits and performances! Through December 31 at Bagito's Restaurant in Montpelier: The Moonlight Series, oil paintings of moonscapes by Vermont artist Liz LeServiget.

Thursday, Dec. 21 at 8 p.m., at Historic Memorial Hall in Wilmington: Friends of Historic Memorial Hall present Gubbulidis, featuring Mihali and Zdenek of the band, Twiddle.

Friday and Saturday, Dec. 22 and 23 at The Barre Opera House in Barre: Vermont Youth Theater presents Dickens', 'A Christmas Carol.'

Sunday, Jan. 7 at the UCW White Church, Westford Common in Westford: Award-winning Irish composer and fiddler, Andrea Beaton with Eric Wright of the Canadian band, "The Fretless."
