Kimberly Caterino is a long-time student of West African drum and dance and suggested the 21st Annual Jeh Kulu Drum & Dance Festival this weekend, Friday, Nov. 6 through Sunday, Nov. 8 at Burlington's City Hall.

Sandy von Unworth of Woodstock recommended the group of assemblage artists known as The Rio Blanco Riders reception on Friday, Nov 6 at 5 p.m. at the South Gallery on Sears Lane in Burlington.

Mary Mathias is with the group Write Action in Brattleboro and she recommended an evening of authentic Vermont heritage folk music with Tony Barrand and Keith Murphy at Brooks Memorial Library on Friday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m.

Bridget Iverson from Burlington suggested the Young Writers' Project Anthology Release Party on Saturday, Nov. 7, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier.
