New albums from central Vermont songwriters Kristina Stykos and Bow Thayer, tons of local music, and Neil Young arrives at the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds in just one week !

This program will air on Sunday July 12th from 7-9 p.m.

This week's calendar announcements:

The Monadnock Folklore Society presents Jennifer Licko for a concert of  ‘Scots Gaelic Song’ at the Nelson Town Hall on Wednesday, July 15 at 7:30 PM 

Pink Martini will be at the Hopkins Center in Hanover, NH on Tuesday July 14th 

Alan Greenleaf and the Doctor will play at the Kingdom Tap Room in St. Johnsbury on Friday July 17th from 7:30 - 10PM and at the Music Box in Craftsbury on Saturday July 18th beginning at 8 p.m.

Woodchuck’s Revenge will be playing tomorrow, July 13th as part of the Lebanon, NH summer concert series,  in Colburn Park beginning at 7 p.m.

Lewis Franco & The Missing Cats will perform at Legion Field in Johnson on Tuesday July 14th at 6 p.m.; bring a blanket or lawn chair.  Lewis and the Brown Eyed Girls will also be at the Middlesex Bandstand on Saturday July 18th at 3 p.m.

There will be a benefit concert for the Adamant Community Center held at the Maple Corners community center on Sunday July 19th at 7 p.m.  featuring Patti Casey, Susannah Blachly, Tom McKenzie and Lewis Franco & The Brown Eyed Girls.

The Inner Fire District continues its “7 year reunion concert tour” this week with shows at Red Square in Burlington on Wednesday July 15th at Red Square in Burlington at 7 p.m. and at the Big Picture Theater in Waitsfield on Thursday July 16th at 8 p.m.

Jeremy Harple will be performing at Parker Pie in West Glover on Thursday July 16th at 7 p.m.

Vt Bluesman Dave Keller is performing 6 times this week – check his website for more information!

The Twangtown Paramours will be at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center in Stowe on Saturday July 18th at 8p.m.

Del Rey will perform at a house concert and ukelele workshop Sat July 18th 883 Monkton Road in Bristol. workshop 5pm, pot luck supper 6:30 and concert at 7:30. For information and reservations call 802 453-4613
 

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
