Art Hounds: Open Studios

It's the Vermont Crafts Council's 22nd Annual Open Studios Weekend and art lover Jeanne Bisson of Washington recommended visiting as many artists and studios on Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25.

Artist and blacksmith Steve Bronstein of Marshfield suggested making a family adventure out of Open Studios Weekend and take this yearly opportunity to visit artists statewide in their creative spaces.

Burlington theater arts student Daniel Morgan recommended Young Curators Of Vermont's exhibition, Systematic Paradox, featuring the work of local and national artists.

The opening is Saturday, May 24th at the Vermont College of Fine Arts in Montpelier from 5 till 7 p.m. and the show itself runs through June 14th.
