The Valley Stage Music Festival will be held on Saturday August 10th at Blackbird Swale in Huntington. Featured acts include the Stray Birds, Joy Kills Sorrow, the Modern Grass Quintet, the Dupont Brothers Band, and Katie Trautz. Music begins at 1:00pm
The Stray Birds will also be performing on Sunday, August 11 at 2:00 PM
at the Rockingham Meeting House, Meetinghouse Road in Bellows Falls.
The Richmond Round Church bicentennial celebration will be happening next weekend, and will feature free music from 11:00am – 7:00pm on Saturday August 10th - Featured acts include Burlington Irish, Marty Morrissey & Robert Resnik , Bill Ellis, Tim Whiteford & Marie Johnson, and Longford Row.
Jamcrackers will perform on Friday October 9th at Café Lena in Saratoga Springs, NY
Dudley Laufman will lead the dancing at a special Old Home Week edition of the Nelson NH Saturday Contra Dance on August 10th at 8pm. He will be assisted musically by the Canterbury Country Dance Orchestra.
The Marianfest, a Benefit Concert for the Westford Food Shelf, will be held on Friday Aug. 9th from 4-9pm on the town Common Westford, Vermont.
First up is The Mumbles, a funk/soul trio from New Orleans and at 7:30 we have local Blues legends, The Nobby Reed Project. Rain location is the Westford Red Brick Meeting House.
