Festival Folk sur le Canal, English and French Divas, and Harry Smith

Broadcast Sunday, June 9, 7PM A preview of the upcoming Montreal Folk Festival on the Canal, a taste of the Vermont festival celebrating the legacy of Irish harper and composer Turlough O'Carolan, and  some luscious voices from France, Britain, and French Canada (and that's just for starters!)

The Village Harmony Alumni Ensemble, a world music choir led by Larry Gordon and guest leader Helle Thun from Denmark, presents a concert in Hillsboro Center at the Congregational Church on Tuesday, June 11 at 7:30
 

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
