Presidential candidate Jill Stein will speak at Vermont Law School in South Royalton on Tuesday.
According to a news release from her campaign, “Stein will speak in detail about her plans to create a Green New Deal that will create 20 million living-wage jobs and transition the US to 100% renewable energy.”
Vermont Law School is the first stop on a New England campus tour by the candidate that is scheduled to conclude in Boston.
Stein is scheduled to speak at 12:45 at Chase Center at Vermont Law School. The Stein campaign says there will be a question and answer session afterward.
Stein has been reaching out to voters who supported Sen. Bernie Sanders since he ended his presidential campaign in July.
The event is being sponsored by JillVT.com the Vermont volunteers for Stein and students from Vermont Law Students.
