Senators To Attend Citizen's Breakfast In South Burlington

All six of Chittenden County's Vermont State Senators plan to have a breakfast meeting with constituents on Monday. The first "Citizen's Breakfast" will be held at Trader Duke's Restaurant, at the DoubleTree Inn in South Burlington.

"This is a perfect opportunity to interact with our State Senators about issues important to each of us - over breakfast," said organizer Rick Hubbard. He added, if the turnout is good then the Senators and the venue  might commit to monthly breakfasts in the future.

Hubbard added all Chittenden County residents are invited to attend, and are asked to be ready to participate with questions and concerns. The event runs from 7:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. Breakfast is not provided, but patrons can order and pay individually.
