Well, now is your opportunity.
Champlain College is inviting the community to the first Green Mountain Games Festival on Feb. 22.
The student-run event will showcase games from students and developers from around the region, and will feature presentations from industry leaders. Rami Ismail of Vlambeer is the keynote speaker.
Jacob Jackson is a Champlain College senior from Connecticut who is helping to coordinate the festival. Jackson says game development requires patience, determination and imagination.
He says many Champlain College students have gone on to work in the gaming industry.
