Alpenglow got its start at Middlebury College a few years ago, when some of the band's members were students playing on campus and around town. But since then, regional tours and a new album are helping Alpenglow set it sights on how far they want to take their music.
Music contributor Matt Bushlow spoke with Vermont Edition about direction the band is moving in.
Alpenglow is playing two shows this weekend: Friday night in Burlington at Signal Kitchen, and Saturday night at Middlebury College.
