Leveling The Playing Field For A National Race In Vt.

On August 3rd and 4th, some of the country’s top mountain bikers will descend on the Catamount Outdoor Center in Williston for one of the most important races of the year - The ProXCT Mountain Bike Series National Finals.

Racing for the title is Vermont cyclist and Olympian Lea Davison. She and her sister Sabra have also been very involved in organizing this race in addition to making sure that women are treated as fairly as the male racers, something that doesn’t often happen in professional cycling.

The Davison sisters spoke with Vermont Edition about the race.
