In New Hampshire, Governor Maggie Hassan is planning to sign a bill that encourages the preservation of historic buildings.
She's scheduled to sign a measure that enables towns and cities to appraise qualifying historic buildings at a reduced rate and tax the property at that rate.
The bill signing is scheduled for today at 2 at the Statehouse.
