Vermont's Magic Hat brewery says a dispute with a Kentucky brewery over its corporate logo has been resolved.
Magic Hat had sued West Sixth Brewing for trademark infringement over its logo that has a numeral 6 and a star-like symbol. Magic Hat said it was too much like its No. 9 beer label, which has a 9 and a star-like symbol.
The Burlington Free Press reports that West Sixth's co-founder had called the dispute an example of a large corporation trying to bully a smaller one.
Magic Hat said Thursday in a joint statement with West Sixth that the two parties have resolved the issues.
