Analysis: Gas Tax En Route To Passage

The Vermont Senate has pulled back somewhat on a gasoline tax increase passed by the House, but has made up for that by increasing the diesel tax. The new tax will likely be in place by May 1st,  giving the state the ability to take advantage of federal matching funds. VPR's Bob Kinzel speaks with Peter Biello about this and other legislative news of the week.
