Saturday Matinee presents the Metropolitan Opera's production of The Enchanted Island.

Featuring the music of Handel, Vivaldi, Rameau, Purcell, and other composers set to a new English libretto inspired by Shakespeare’s The Tempest and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, this Baroque fantasy returns after a world premiere run in 2011-12.

Susan Graham sings the role of (Sycroax) with Danielle de Niese (Ariel), Andriana Chuchman (Miranda), David Daniels (Prospero), Anthony Roth Costanzo (Ferdinand), Plácido Domingo (Neptune), Luca Pisaroni (Caliban).

Patrick Summers conducts.
