Upper Valley Baroque performs Vivaldi’s Four Seasons
Dynamic Artistic Director Filippo Ciabatti leads UVB’s world-class orchestra on period instruments, featuring soloists Nola Richardson (soprano) and Susanna Ogata (violin).
One of the most prolific composers of the Baroque era, Vivaldi transformed sonnets about The Four Seasons into vivid musical colors. This program also features works for strings and soprano, including his stunning In furore performed by the “exemplary, impassioned” Nola Richardson.
