Healthy & Fit Lecture Series: Anti-inflammatory Eating
Join us on Wednesday, December 10 at 6 p.m. as we welcome Sarah Lange, Registered Dietitian with Whole Health Nutrition, for an engaging and informative lecture on anti-inflammatory eating. Sarah will explain how the foods we choose can help reduce inflammation caused by factors such as genetics,
medical conditions, stress, lack of exercise, or food sensitivities.
While not all sources of inflammation are within our control, we can support our bodies with intentional nutrition, regular activity, and mindfulness around stress. This session will offer practical, evidence based strategies you can use right away.
