Art Hounds: Big Art At Berlin Mall And Village Harmony

Big art is being displayed in the windows and on the walls at the Berlin Mall, the teen group Village Harmony sings in South Hero and a traveling exhibit aims to engage viewers to 'Wake Up To Dying' in Burlington.

Thursday, July 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester: Manchester Music Fest presents Flirting With Fusion – a special concert devoted to the vision and entrepreneurship of the Female Business Owners of Manchester, suggested by Jackie Baker from Manchester.

Now through Sunday, July 17 at Fletcher Free Library in Burlington: Wake Up To Dying traveling exhibit aims to help us prepare, practically and emotionally, to face this shared human experience, suggested by Mary Wesley from Burlington.

Saturday, July 23 at 7 p.m. at the Congregational Church in South Hero: Village Harmony Concert, featuring the Teen Ensemble II singing Macedonian songs, American gospel and shape-note, South African songs, dances and original compositions, suggested by Mark Kennedy from South Hero.

Saturday, July 23 at 10 a.m. at Custer Sharpe House in Londonderry: Mountain Garden Walks in Londonderry, Peru, Weston and Landgrove, suggested by Gail Mann of Londonderry.

Now through Fall 2016 at the Berlin Mall in Berlin: Big Art/Little Art, an exhibit featuring 16 fine artists' works on the Berlin Mall’s windows and walls, recommended by Karen Lane of Manchester.
