The 10th annual Carolan Festival, a gathering for people who play, listen, sing, and/or dance to the music of Turlough Carolan (1670-1738), blind Irish harper and composer, will be held all day on Saturday June 18th at Mallery Farm in Worcester, VT, and will also feature a concert on Sundayafternoon June 19th at the Old Meeting House in in E. Montpelier featuring an All-Carolan Concert with world-renowned Irish harper and guitarist Chris Newman. More information can be had on the festival website: carolanfestvt.com
Gypsy Reel will have their new 5 piece line-up performing at the Jackson Gore Lawn series at Okemo Mountain Resort on Friday June 17th from 6 – 9 p.m. Bring lawn chairs - food and drink available on site.
On Sunday June 19th, Gypsy Reel will be joined by acclaim author/songwriter Jon Clinch for a special acoustic show at SILO Distillery in Windsor from onoon until 2 p.m.
Woodchuck’s Revenge will be playing at the Rutland farmer’s market on Saturday June 18th and at the Stowe farmer’s market on Sunday June 19th.

The Vermont History Expo will be held at the Tunbridge Fairgrounds on Saturday and Sunday June 18th and 19th. Featured musicians include John Specker, Patti Casey, Tom McKenzie, Marty Morrissey, Rick Norcross, the Sky Blue Boys, and many more!
Ellis Paul is performing at Caffe Lena in Saratoga Springs on Sunday, June 19th at 7 p.m.
The Folk Festival sur le Canal is happening next weekend in Montreal, and will feature, among many others, John McEuen, Richard Shindell, Streiml, Sheesham and Lotus and Son, and the Yves Lambert Trio.
