Accordionist Jeremiah McLane will appear in concert at the Ripton Community Coffee House playing original and traditional music of the British Isles and France with guitarist Owen Marshal, double-bass player Cory DiMario, flutist Christine Bellac, and multi-instrumentalist Tim Cummings on whistles and pipes. Saturday, June 4 at 7:30 p.m., Ripton Community House, Route 125, Ripton. Concert begins at 7:30 pm.
Cape Breton fiddlers Andrea Beaton and Wendy MacIsaac with Eric MacDonald on guitar will play at a house concert in E. The Monadnock Folklore Society presents the Peterborough, NH First Saturday Contra Dance on June 4th, featuring Luke Donforth calling with the band The Irregulars. The dancing begins at 8:00 PM. The dance also hosts a free jam session for beginning and intermediate musicians at 6:30 PM and a workshop for new dancers at 7:30 PM.
