Art Hounds: Music For Vets, Wood Block Prints & Stories For A Winter's Eve

Army major and composer Peter Jennison recommended The Gathering, a concert at Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center in Stowe on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 7:30 p.m. Jennison wrote his music during deployment in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan.

Dave Celone from Lyme, New Hampshire suggested the wood block prints by Matthew Brown at Long River Gallery and Gifts in Lyme through Jan. 12.

Marcia Clark recommended Stories For A Winter's Eve at the Old Meeting House Church in East Montpelier at Saturday, Dec. 19 at 3 and 7 p.m.

Ellen Seeger from East Montpelier suggested Carolyn Shapiro's multi-media exhibit at the North Branch Gallery on State Street in Montpelier, which is up through January.
