Lt. Gov. Phil Scott On Joining The Race

Lt. Gov. Phil Scott, shown here with Gov. Peter Shumlin in January 2015, announced last week that he was entering the race for governor.

Lieutenant Governor Phil Scott announced last week that he would enter the gubernatorial race. Now in his third term as Lieutenant Governor, he's currently one of two Republicans and five candidates in total who have announced that they're running. 

We're talking to Lt. Gov. Scott about his decision to jump in, and the key issues he wants to raise in his campaign.
