Art Hounds: Comedy, Crafts & Cuba

Mad River Valley Craft Fair

Kathleen Kanz is a stand-up comic in central Vermont and recommended the comedy showcase at La Puerta Negra in Montpelier on September 3rd at 8 p.m.

Karen Nevin, executive director of the Valley Arts Foundation suggested the 45th Annual Mad River Valley Craft Fair on Saturday and Sunday, September 5th and 6th at Kenyon Field in Waitsfield.

Emily Anderson owns Bluebird Fairies Studio in Hinesburg and suggested the photography exhibit, Images of Havana at ArtSpace 106 at The Men's Room Salon in downtown Burlington with an opening reception on Friday, September 4th.

Mike Reilly recommended the band Castle Creek onstage at Zen Lounge in Burlington on Thursday, September 3rd at 8 p.m.
