Art Hounds: Tango, Pastels & Earthly Delights

Stowe Tango Music Festival

Brian Harwood recommended the Stowe Tango Music Festival, going on now through Sunday, August 23rd at various venues in Stowe.

Musician Jim Eichelberger of East Fairfield suggested The Woods Tea Company concert as part the Summer Evenings With Vermont Treasures series at the Meetinghouse on the Green in East Fairfield.

Vermont artist Joyce Kahn has simultaneous shows of her pastel and oil plein-air paintings of Vermont and Monhegan Bay scenes up now through the end of August at The Drawing Board and Westview Meadows in Montpelier.

Landscape painter Judith Lerner of Newbury suggestedThe Festival of Earthly Delights at Alumni Hall in Haverill, New Hampshire on Sunday, August 23rd.
