Art Hounds: Jazz, Comedy & Spanish Film

Abbie Tykocki, the former marketing manager for the Discover Jazz Fest, suggested the jazz concert with the Brian McCarthy Quintet at St. Michael's College on Wednesday, September 24th at 7:30 p.m. The concert is free and open to the public.

Actress Jillian Wildfire of Burlington recommended the musical theater workshop with Tony Award-winner Cady Huffman at Spotlight Vermont on 50 San Remo Drive in South Burlington on Sunday, September 21st with two sessions at 1 and 4 p.m.

Michelle Tarrant suggested Kamikaze Comedy at Essex Memorial Hall on Saturday, September 20th at 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. The earlier show is family-friendly.

Helen Mango is a singer with the Rutland Area Chorus and she recommended the Spanish Film Festival at Herrick Hall on the Castleton State College campus.

Diane Montague is a member of Main Street Arts in St. Johnsbury and she suggested the Five Corners Quintet concert on Sunday, September 21st at 4 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church on Main Street in St. Johnsbury.
