Vermonters were supposed to sign up for the state’s health care exchange by January 1, 2014, but computer problems forced Governor Peter Shumlin to announce on Thursday that he's pushing the deadline back.

Now, individuals and small businesses that are mandated to use the exchange can keep their current insurance until March 31, 2014.  Governor Shumlin is our guest  to explain this development, and what it means for the viability of Vermont Health Connect, the state-run health exchange.

Broadcast live at 12 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2013. Rebroadcast at 7 p.m
