Still basking in the glow of summer music festivals and village green concerts - there's nothing quite like summer in Vermont !

Calendar announcements for this week's show:

On Saturday, August 17, at 8pm the band Annalivia will be performing at the home of Clint and Beth Telford 1060 Bent Hill Rd, Braintree, VT.  For information on tickets, call 802-728-6351.  Annalivia will also be performing at Ri Ra in Burlington on Thursday August 15th

"Alan Greenleaf and the Doctor" will be appearing at "Sweet Melissa's" [formally Langdon Street Cafe], Montpelier, on Wednesday, Aug.14th from 8-11 PM. and at the Peacham Acoustic Music Festival on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, Aug. 16th and 17th.

The Peacham acoustic music festival will be held on Ausut 16th and 17th, and will feature  Matthew Skoler & Bill Sims Jr., Bob Amos, Atlantic Crossing, Alan Greenleaf & the Doctor; Ethan Azarian, and many more…

Michele Choiniere with perform with Will Patton and Dono Schabner on Thursday August 15 at the Woodstock Concerts on the Green series, hosted by Pentangle Arts. There will be music from noon to 1pm, and the show is free!

On Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 4:00 pm, the 15th Annual Calais Concert will be held at the Old West Church in Calais, Vermont. This year, the concert will feature Deb Flanders and Anna Roberts-Gevalt along with Pete Sutherland and many others.

John, Lila, and Ida Mae Specker will give a free concert at the Andover, VT, Town Hall on Tuesday, August 13th, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. The show features traditional fiddle and banjo music. All are welcome, including children of all ages. There is no admission fee.

Aztec Two-Step will perform on Friday August 16th at the Cafe Lena in Saratoga Springs.

Paul Geremia will also be performing at the Cafe Lena on Sunday August 18th

The Godstock music festival will be held on Saturday August 17th from 10:30am to 8pm at the Green Mountain Community Alliance Church in Duxbury.  Featured performes include Jeremy Wando , September Rain, and Kingdom Blues.

Bramblewood, featuring Carol Hausner, Danny Coane & Colin McCaffrey will perform  at the
Jaquith Library Summer Concert Series on The Old Schoolhouse Common, Marshfield, VT on Thursday August 15th at 6:30pm.

Dave Keller will perform at Pete’s Pizza and Blues Fest in  Brookfield  on  Saturday August 17th 2:00pm

Village Harmony, the Vermont based youth world music singing ensemble, returns to Keene, NH for a concert on Thursday,  August 15th  at 7:30pm at the Congregation Ahavis Achim, 84 Hastings Avenue. 

Robert Resnik has been the host of All the Traditions, Vermont Public's folk and world music show, since 1996. He is the winner of the 2019 Herb Lockwood Prize In the Arts, an honor that rewards the pinnacle of arts leadership in Vermont and is the recipient of the 2022 Margaret L Kannenstine Award for Arts Advocacy from the Vermont Council of the Arts.
