Education Taxes: Is The System Working?

The House just passed a 5.5% increase in property taxes for Fiscal Year 2014. And many expect the rate increase to be around 11% for 2015. The increase is driven by rising education costs, declining enrollment numbers and a drop in property values.

Dorset State Representatives Patti Komline and Bristol Representative Dave Sharpe discuss the current education funding system and what changes could be made to improve it.
