Katie Moritz

Katie Moritz is a freelance writer. Originally from the Northeast Kingdom, she currently resides in Colchester, Vermont. She received her master’s degree from Dartmouth College, where she studied writing and literature. While writing her thesis, a collection of short stories based in Vermont, she also served as the Editor-in-Chief of a graduate journal and coached first year students in writing and rhetoric. Her work has focused primarily on telling the stories and histories of Vermonters. She is currently working on her first collection of poetry.
