Vermont teachers seem to be willing to give Common Core a try. Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger is calling for both sides of the bus driver’s strike to resolve the dispute. With the closure of North Adams Regional Hospital in Massachusetts, some may travel to SVMC in Bennington for healthcare.

He began his public radio career in 2007 at WHQR-FM in Wilmington, North Carolina where he served as Morning Edition host and reporter, covering county government and Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base.
