The Shumlin administration has alerted lawmakers to a series of privacy breaches on the state’s new health insurance exchange. An official at Vermont's largest health care provider says the state's new health insurance system is working surprisingly well. The Burlington City Council has approved a tentative settlement with private developers on a highway project designed to ease traffic from Interstate 89 to downtown. The Vermont Department of Corrections is holding a series of public meetings to encourage community participation and support.
