According to a new federal report, Vermont has the highest percentage of individuals who have signed up for health plans on its health care exchange.

Meanwhile,  Governor Shumlin is defending his administration's public confidence in the state health exchange  in the months leading up to its troubled launch.

Governor Shumlin says the state is taking several important steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Vermont,  including support of a regional carbon tax.

FEMA announced today it will be closing its field office in Vermont at the end of next week.
