Bernie Sanders says he'll introduce legislation to make it more difficult for the federal government to secretly obtain phone and internet records of millions of Americans as part of the War on Terrorism. The VT Disaster Relief Fund has announced it has the funds to help Vermonters whose homes were damaged in the floods that occurred in late May.  The National Weather Service is issuing flood watches in parts of northern New England as a tropical storm bears down on the region.
