Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to be entered in drawings. Drawings are open to U.S. citizens residing in the 50 states of the U.S. or District of Columbia, in accordance to the laws with the entrant’s state of residence. Entrants are responsible for researching the laws of their place of residence.
Entrants must be 18 or older. These contests are sponsored by Vermont Public, 365 Troy Avenue, Colchester, VT 05446. Employees, board members, and advisory committee members of Vermont Public, its affiliates, advertising and production agencies related to this contest, and their respective household members are not eligible. Vermont Public volunteers may enter if they are not included in the above-named categories. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) must complete a W9 form and 1099-Misc prior to claiming prize(s) of more than $600 in value.
How to Enter
No purchase or contribution is necessary. You may enter this contest in one of three ways: By making a contribution at vermontpublic.org/raffle, via telephone at 800-639-2192, or via this form. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one non-donation entry per person, per contest. Incomplete entries are void. Entering without a donation is the equivalent of one raffle ticket.
Contest Periods
The Summer Raffle will be available for entry between 12:00 a.m. on July 1 – 11:59 p.m. on August 15, 2025. Entries outside of this time period will not be accepted.

If entering without donating the limit one entry per person for the entire entry period. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Vermont Public is not responsible for failures in technology such as but not limited to: technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Proof of emailing and/or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
Prizes
Prizes are not transferable unless otherwise noted (gift card and tickets can be gifted to someone else if winner chooses), and have no cash value. All taxes on the prizes, including but not limited to federal, state and local income and sales taxes, and any expense not covered herein (including but not limited to expenses related to the use of the prize) are the responsibility of the winners. Prize drawing participants, by entering, release Vermont Public, its employees and its agents from any liability with respect to the receipt or use of any awarded prize. Vermont Public makes no and disclaims all warranties, guarantees or representations, express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, or merchantability of any prize. Vermont Public reserves the right to cancel this contest and not award any prize in the event that in its judgment unforeseen developments warrant cancellation. For the names of the prize winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope before July 30, 2025 to Vermont Public Drawing Winner Names, 365 Troy Avenue, Colchester, VT 05446. Winner names will not be available until after September 30, 2025.
