One of the problems a largely rural state like Vermont has had in recent years is retaining a sufficient number of doctors to serve the population, especially in the smaller towns in remote areas of the state.
Now, in one part of central Vermont, you can add lawyers to that list of dwindling professions. Former editor and publisher of The Herald of Randolph Dick Drysdale has been writing about the recent closing of an attorney partnership in Randolph.
