A Vermont woman accused of giving drugs to a woman who overdosed and died and a man who overdosed and survived has been sentenced to 60 days on a work crew.
Twenty-nine-year old Anna Clark of Burlington was given credit yesterday for time served. She'll spend about a month on the work crew.
Clark gave cocaine to 54-year-old Cindy Goulet of Burlington, who died of the combination of cocaine and Dilaudid last June.
Four months later, while she was on court-ordered conditions of release, she gave heroin to 44-year-old Andrew Snow, who overdosed and was revived at the hospital.
The Burlington Free Press reports she pleaded guilty to delivery of heroin, dispensing a regulated drug and identity theft in a plea deal in which prosecutors dropped 11 other charges.
