The U.S. Army Reserve Center in the town of Chester is up for sale.
The U.S. General Services Administration recently announced the former reserve center on Route 11 is for sale.
GSA real estate broker Giselle Rubiera says bidding on the building opened until May 16 and it will remain open until a time to be determined.
Rubiera tells the Rutland Herald the building is in great shape.
The 14,693-square-foot building is on three acres of land. It operated from 1961-2011.
The building has offices, classrooms, a kitchen, an arms vault and storage rooms. There is also a 48-foot by-28-foot garage.
The starting minimum bid is $200,000.
