A Vermont man who, along with his wife, is accused of killing a St. Johnsbury teacher is again asking for a new lawyer.
Allen and Patricia Prue have been charged with luring Melissa Jenkins out of her home last year and killing her, before dumping her body in the Connecticut River.
Last week a judge dismissed the Prue's requests for new attorneys.
On Friday, Allen Prue asked the judge to reconsider her ruling, saying he could no longer talk to his defense attorney, Dan Maguire, because he is a potential witness in the case against Prue’s wife.
The Caledonian Record reports that Maguire could be a potential witness because of the handling of Patricia Prue's laptop computer. Police say the laptop contains child pornography.
