Vermont Cello Duet (Sierra and Ines) formed in 2022 after meeting in a University of Vermont chamber music class taught by cellist Emily Taubl. Their musical connection grew quickly as they explored everything from Bach and Vivaldi to their favorite Taylor Swift medleys, reflecting both their classical training and their shared love of contemporary music.

Together, Sierra and Ines bring a program that blends technical skill, expressive warmth, and genuine joy in collaboration – offering an inviting winter concert experience for longtime classical lovers and newcomers alike.

Admission is by suggested donation. Tickets are available online and at the door. Doors open at 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM performance. The Plainfield Town Hall Opera House is wheelchair accessible and assisted listening devices are available upon request.
