Montpelier Art Walk Reception at the VT Supreme Court Gallery with SPACES & PLACES - 3 visionary artists

This year's Summer exhibition at the Vermont Supreme Court Gallery opens with, SPACES AND PLACES –Pictorial Interpretations by 3 visionary artists - encompasses artistic approaches which range from the representational to the abstract, from documentary to conceptual. The selection of works reflects the diverse ways these Vermont artists engage space and place to explore questions of acceptance, memory, environments, family, gender, history, power, spirituality, nostalgia, anxiety, or desire. Featuring paintings by artists: Anne Davis, Jamie Rauchman and James Secor. This exceptional trio of artists explores and creates realms beyond the ordinary physical world to encompass “landscapes of the imagination” which reveal inner realities and transcend our everyday lives. Free and open to the Public. Refreshments and Food Served.

The exhibition is on view from July 7 – September 30. The VT Supreme Court is open weekdays from 8:30 - 4:30pm daily
NOTE: The gallery is closed during the lunch hour 12:00 -1:00
